Hi, I’m

I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at the University of Rochester’s Warner School of Education and a graduate researcher writing my thesis on Lacanian psychoanalytic film theory, advised by Todd McGowan at the Global Centre for Advanced Studies (GCAS). My theoretical research interests include femininity, queerness, and how the impossible relation between psychoanalysis and politics manifests on screen. This spring, I will begin my clinical internship with AthenaPsych. I am also an editor of Routledge’s Lectures on Lacan series by Samuel McCormick and an organizer of the Upstate Psychoanalytic Society & Institute (UPSI) lead by Dr. Brooke Finley.
